If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given as per the Return and Exchange policy. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation will be treated as a loss to business cases. yogarudra.com holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
EXACTNESS NOT GUARANTEED:
Yogarudra.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user, as the quality of imagery cannot be taken a final representation. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website will be as per the company standards. Alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the brand, size, color etc. may be required due to limitations caused by the availability of product difference in size charts.
PRICING:
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices are in Indian rupees for India market. Prices, products, and Services may change at the discretion of yogarudra.com. In accordance with brand guidelines, prices might change when the stocks are replenished.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS:
You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard, you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you. Customer with a very high return rate
Invalid/Incomplete address cases
Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

GENERAL TERMS FOR OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS:
Yogarudra.com shall introduce various offers, promotions, contests from time to time. The terms and conditions for these shall be separately called out and yogarudra.com reserves right to change/ modify/ add/ delete any of terms and conditions of such contests or promotions at its discretion at any time without prior intimation.

The participant’s profile must be public. Entries from private profiles can’t be viewed and therefore will be considered invalid.
If yogarudra.com shares any participants photo that does not mean that participant is a winner. A participant will only be considered a winner once yogarudra.com explicitly declares the same.
Entries being featured on yogarudra.com’s Instagram handle and facebook page are entirely up to the discretion of yogarudra.com
If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified and or deleted from the contest and content.

Shipping
Yoga Rudra is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Yoga Rudra. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Yoga Rudra, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Yoga Rudra’s Privacy Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.
Refunds
We at Yoga Rudra commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Yoga Rudra is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
• We DO NOT allow returns on sold products – online or in retail outlets.
• We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
• Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in retail store.
• We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
• We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
For International Orders:
• We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
• If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
• Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
• If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.
Refund for Treks
If your application is accepted, there will be no refund of your slot booking fee.
Regarding the trek fee and remaining amount: You are eligible for a full refund 90 days prior to the trek date, a 75% refund 60 days prior, and a 50% refund 30 days prior to the trek date.
After payment, if for any reason you are not able to attend this year, you have the option to also shift your dates to the next year if slots are available at no extra cost.
- You can exchange the paid fee for any other upcoming trek within the next two years of registration.
- You can also exchange your trek fee for any upcoming Hatha Yoga program offered by Yoga Rudra (except Bhutha Shuddhi or Jala Neti) – valid for 2 years from the date of registration.
Refund for Yoga Programs
- There in no-refund after payment.
- You can exchange the paid fee to any other upcoming program on Yoga Rudra website within the next 6 months of registration. (except Bhutha Shuddhi or Jala Neti).

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
