Have attended Surya kriya and shanmukhi mudra. Ankit Anna condenses and organises Isha hatha yoga classes in a weekend. He does a great job in teaching and correcting the postures. Provides great guidance into how to approach the practice and make it a part of your life.

Here in Yoga Rudra Wilson garden place I attended Bhastrika kriya session, it is one of the best key to open up our inner experience in different dimension in very much simplest way, and the teacher Ankit Anna teaches Bhastrika kriya well and explained it's benefits and also he cleared all our doubts on practice.

Ankit is excellent; had my first class with him nearly 2 years ago after looking long and hard for someone who’d help me build a daily routine to anchor myself, and he helped me do just that. He is disciplined and devoted to his craft, a lot of which he transfers to you through his practice. I don’t know if all teachers at Isha Yoga are just as good, but Ankit is outstanding and I’m glad I had reached to him when I did, the practice gradually helped me break a lot of my old habits and patterns and for that I will always be indebted to him!
